Lab Test Collection Centers for our Patients

When our patients can't get to our office we can arrange lab test collection closer to them.
Results are sent directly to our office by the lab. Patients call us for the results.

Test collection centers only collect blood and urine for lab pick up.
Test collection centers cannot answer medical questions or do examinations.

It is EASY to use a test collection center!

• 1. Call us at 619-260-0810. We help locate a collection center, and order tests
• 2. Pay with VISA, MasterCard, or a Gift Card over the phone, or with PayPal
• 3. Go to the test collection center at your convenience during business hours
• 4. Call us for results. We can also fax, mail or emailed your results to you

You can test with your name, or anonymously using a code to protect your identity.
ALL of your information is kept absolutely strictly confidential per HIPAA LAW.
